Simple Chilli, Lime and Coriander Crispy Potatoes with Creamy Garlic Sauce. Each little bite is perfect when scooped up with a dollop of that creamy dip. The trick is to roast the potatoes with garlic, paprika and chilli flakes. Toss with fresh lime zest and coriander while they’re still warm and finish the plate off with a bowl of garlic sauce. Delicious as either an appetiser or a side dish. These are the potatoes that you will be making again and again!
No matter what form, potatoes are delicious. Mashed, boiled, baked… the list goes on. However, crispy roasted potatoes would have to be my favourite. Enter, this recipe. Spicy, crispy-on-the-outside-but-fluffy-on-the-inside little potato bites, served with a cooling yogurt dip. Yummmm!
The process is so easy too which is great. Simply coat with the spices and roast for about 40 minutes, flipping halfway. The key to what makes these potatoes so good is tossing them with fresh lime zest and coriander once they are cooked. The combo of spicy potatoes with fresh lime is one of my favourites.
Whether served as an appetiser or side dish, this is such a crowd-pleasing recipe. These crispy potatoes are great for making weeknights a little more exciting. They’re also great for serving up at a gathering… they don’t disappoint!

CHILLI, LIME AND CORIANDER CRISPY POTATOES

Ingredients
5-6 red skin potatoes, diced into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp red chilli flakes
zest of 1 lime
1 handful of fresh coriander, chopped
- Coriander Garlic Sauce
1 cup plain greek yogurt
juice of 1 lime
4 cloves garlic, minced
small handful of fresh coriander, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Coat the potatoes in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika and chilli flakes. Spread out over a lined baking tray. Roast for 20 minutes. Remove and use a spatula to flip over. Continue roasting for another 15-20 minutes until crispy.
- Meanwhile, make the sauce by combining all of the ingredients in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and toss with lime zest and coriander.
- Serve alongside the dipping sauce and enjoy!
