These 4 Ingredient Biscoff Puff Pastry Swirls are my favourite easy dessert. They’re quick, simple, and most importantly, everyone LOVES them. Flaky puff pastry, deliciously sweet biscoff, rolled together then baked to create the perfect pastry swirls drizzled with caramel. These are the perfect, sweet and festive little desserts that are ideal for holiday entertaining.

So my housemate and I are always craving sweet treats after dinner, but don’t always have anything to eat. I take these opportunities to get experimental with puff pastry, as we love it so much. Lately we’ve also been loving biscoff spread, I literally eat it by the spoonful. We discovered pastry and biscoff are a magic combination! These are just so fun, easy, and DELICIOUS. I’m yet to meet a person who doesn’t love this recipe.

How do they come together…

I wasn’t kidding when I said how easy these are.

Lay your pastry sheet out flat and spread with an even layer of biscoff. Then just roll up the pastry, slice, and bake. DONE. That’s it. These take only minutes to prepare, minutes to bake, and come out of the oven looking more incredible than ever.

They’re great for prepping in advance and then popping in the oven just as guests arrive.

My biggest tip? Double the recipe. This one makes about twelve pastry swirls, but everyone will eat at least two… probably more. They’re bite-sized and so very, very GOOD!

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry

  • 1 cup biscoff spread

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1/2 cup caramel

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  • Lay the pastry out flat and spread evenly with biscoff. Roll up into a log. If your kitchen is a bit warm and your pastry has softened too much, chuck it in the fridge for a few minutes. Slice the log into 2cm sections and lay them out on a baking sheet. Brush with egg and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the pastry turns golden.
  • When the pastries are cooked, remove them from the oven and drizzle them with caramel.
